What kind of training program is offered?

K.mind provides open and in company training programs that are run to various formats:

Lecture (L): Delivered to large groups, length 2 hours.

Workshop (W): Held to a group not bigger than 30, length 4 hours. It aims to develop practical skills of a certain competence through specific techniques and methodology.

Short-Term Course (S): Offered to a group not bigger than 20, length 16 hours.

Medium-Term Course (M): Offered of a group not bigger than 20, length 16 to 40 hours.

Long-Term Course (LT): Offered to a group not brigger than 20, length 40 hours.

LSM Executive Certification (E): Develop to a group not brigger than 20, length 288 hours. This course is intended to certify the participants as professionals that are capable of developing the LSM Organizational Model in their companies. Learn more about it here.
