When the CEO of Kmind Leadership and Management presented a proposal of conducting a study of our drawbacks and limitations, we accepted, because we needed help. "When I was invited to participate in the LSM executive training course at K.mind, my knowledge of leadership, strategy and management was very little and not consistent. I had no idea how extensive the subject was and in fact, I'd never touched upon it so comprehensively as it was proposed by Alexandre Rosaneli. From that moment on, not only my professional life had changed, but also my private!
